So I don't even go there...I just called there because I had a question about carpeting. A short and unfriendly employee explained to me that she was sitting at the checkout and couldn't answer my question. In a store this big, isn't it even possible to transfer a phone call to someone who knows what they're doing? Sorry for even bothering you as a potential customer! It definitely won't happen again!
We were sold a vinyl floor that was so sensitive that we regret the purchase. A plate falls down and there's a flaw in the floor. Within a year we already have so many scratches from everyday life
How can you sell something like that...
Very unfriendly, unmotivated staff. We were there to buy wallpaper. There was no advice, the employees were just chatting among themselves. When asked whether they could get help, they were only referred to the "boss" in a very unfriendly manner, who then gave them very unfriendly advice. The cashier was supposed to write something down and she then referred you back to the “boss”. This was an idea for us to support local retail. Won't be shopping there anymore.
Excellent advice, helpful and friendly staff. There is also a good offer with reasonable prices. Shopping today was really fun. People like to shop there. I can recommend Stelter in Versmold without any ifs and buts.
If you are looking for a good selection of floor coverings, whether laminate, parquet or vinyl, you will find it here and at a good price.
We even got a real discount.

I tried to buy curtain rods there today.
After I spent half an hour in the store having the appropriate bars cut for me, the cashier barked at me that the checkout was already closed because it was 4 p.m.
The ladies on site had no interest in selling me the cut rods. The cashier yelled at me that she wanted to go home because it was already 4 p.m.
That was the worst shopping experience in my life, no wonder retail can't survive. Completely unsuitable staff. An absolute disgrace. We had to leave the store without the curtain rods even though we were ready on time.
